Kyrgyzstan’s tax collections plan 5.8% exceeded

Bishkek, July 9, 2021 . / Kabar / . In six months of 2021, the State Tax Service (STS) under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Kyrgyzstan collected KGS 46 billion 969.23 million in taxes and payments, STS Chairman Ilyaz Imanbetov told Friday at a press conference at Kabar News Agency.

He noted the plan was fulfilled by 105.8%, or KGS 2 billion 579.9 million exceeded.

"In comparison with the same period of last year, taxes and payments revenue has increased by KGS 13 billion 376 million, growth rate made 139.8%. The republican budget received KGS 37 billion 817.8 million, and plan was fulfilled for 105.3% or exceeded by KGS 1 billion 891.6 million. KGS 11 billion 162.8 million more was collected compared to the same period of last year (growth rate of 141.9%)," the chairman added.

In addition, Imanbetov said the local budget collected KGS 9 billion 151.5 million.

"The plan is fulfilled by 108.1%, or KGS 688.3 million. Compared to the same period of 2020, the revenue increased by KGS 2 billion 213.3 million, or the growth rate was 131.9%," the head of the Kyrgyz Tax Service added.
