Kyrgyzstan’s Tynybekova keeps leadership in UWW world ranking

Bishkek, Mar.9, 2020. /Kabar/. Kyrgyzstan’s female wrestler Aisuluu Tynybekova has kept leadership in the world ranking by United World Wrestling (UWW), UWW website says.

The new ranking is based on the results of the Pan-American Championship, held on Mar.6-8 in Ottawa, Canada.

Mallory Velte (U.S.A) has become winner of the the tournament. For her victory, she got 18 points and ranked 10th place.

Aisuluu Tynybekova has 90 points, which she guaranteed herself first place at the end of the year.

She followed by Taibe Yusein (Bulgaria), who has 56 points in her arsenal.

According to the results of 2019, Tynybekova has become the holder of the History Makers title by the UWW.

In September 2019, for the first time in Kyrgyzstan’s history, she became the world champion in women’s wrestling.

The Kyrgyz wrestler competed in the weigh category 62kg.
