Kyrgyzstan’s volume of industrial production amounted to KGS 312B

The volume of industrial production in January-November 2021 has amounted to over KGS 312 billion, Chinara Turdubaeva, head of the department of consolidated work, communications and information dissemination of the National Statistics Committee of the republic said during a press conference.

She added that compared to January-November of the last year, industrial output increased by 3.4% due to growth of volumes in production of refined oil products (by 64.7%), rubber and plastic products, other non-metallic mineral products (by 32.2%), wood and paper products, printing activities (by 28.4%), food production (including drinks) and tobacco products (by 15%) and mining (by 17.8%).

"Negative trends were observed in construction, where the decline in volumes was 4.6 %, agriculture - 4 %, while in sales in wholesale and retail trade there was a 10.3 % increase,” the specialist said.
