The largest agricultural leasing company will be opened in Kyrgyzstan jointly with the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund (RKDF), Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Head of the Presidential Administration Akylbek Zhaparov said at the opening of the AgroTechExpo-2021 exhibition and the Golden Autumn agro-industrial fair.
He added its budget will make about $3 billion.
"Currently, the project work is underway. In turn, the progress of work will be determined upon the arrival of the delegation from the Russian side," Zhaparov said.
In addition, in his speech, the head of the Cabinet congratulated representatives of agriculture with the upcoming professional holiday and launched the AgroTechExpo-202 exhibition and the Golden Autumn agricultural fair. Afterwards, Zhaparov familiarized with the machinery and products exhibited at the fair.
The Kyrgyz capital city of Bishkek is hosting on Oct. 22-24 AgroTechExpo 2021 exhibition and the Golden Autumn agricultural fair in honor of the Day of Agricultural Workers.
More than 200 leading Kyrgyz and foreign manufacturers and importers of agricultural machinery and agricultural products take part in the fair.
The exhibition features agricultural machinery and the latest agricultural technologies, breeding animals, livestock and poultry, new technologies in animal husbandry, crop production, processing, etc.
AgroTechExpo has been held since 2012. The main goal of the exhibition is to provide agricultural machinery and quality seeds. Also train farmers in the use of quality pesticides, fertilizers and the development of livestock breeding.
