LBMA reinstates Kyrgyzaltyn to its Good Delivery list

Bishkek, May 5, 2022 . / Kabar / . By the decision of the London Bullion Market Association (LBMA) from May 3, 2022 Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC has been restored to the list of Good Delivery, the press service of the company reported.

Deputy Chairman of the Board of Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC Zhenish Seydaliev noted that by the difficult work of the whole team of Kyrgyzaltyn, it was possible to pass 3 stages of technical audit and provide everything necessary for the LBMA established procedures to confirm compliance. The management of Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC has established close communication with the LBMA representatives. Meetings and conference talks with the LBMA management were organized several times and all questions of interest were answered.

Moreover, all products manufactured by the refinery of Kyrgyzaltyn from Sept. 17, 2021 also has the status of Good Delivery. Kyrgyzaltyn JSC has been on the LBMA's list of reliable suppliers for 22 years, since 1999.

LBMA Chief Executive Ruth Crowell expressed gratitude for the efforts of Kyrgyzaltyn JSC and praised the company's current policy of working with the LBMA.

Representatives of the London Bullion Market Association also responded positively to the peaceful resolution of the issue with Centerra and StoneX and recommended that close communication with the LBMA be maintained thereafter.

By the decision of the LBMA, Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC was suspended from Sept. 17, 2021 as Good Delivery due to non-compliance with the requirements of responsible delivery.

The status of Kyrgyzaltyn OJSC as a Reliable Supplier of the London Bullion Market Association makes the refined gold produced by the company a "freely convertible" commodity throughout the world and puts the refining production in the Kyrgyz Republic on a par with the best world producers of refined gold.
