Bishkek, Nov. 9, 2018. /Kabar/. The leaders of the CSTO member states signed the Declaration of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organization on November 8, in Astana, Kazakhstan, the press service of the President’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The following documents were signed as well:
- Statement of the Leaders of the CSTO Member States on Coordinated Measures Against Persons Participating in Armed Conflict on the Side of International Terrorist Organizations.
- The second protocol on amending the Collective Security Treaty of May 15, 1992.
- The second protocol on amending the CSTO Charter of October 7, 2002.
- The third protocol on amendments to the CSTO Charter of October 7, 2002.
- Decision of the Collective Security Council of the CSTO on the Legal Registration of Statuses of the Observer to the Collective Security Treaty Organization and Partner of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
- Decision of the Collective Security Council of the CSTO on Amendments to the Rules of Procedure of the Bodies of the Collective Security Treaty Organization and the Provisions on the Bodies of the Collective Security Treaty Organization.
- The second protocol on amending the Agreement on the Legal Status of the CSTO.
