Bishkek, Sept. 3, 2021. / Kabar /. A delegation from the United Arab Emirates, headed by Minister of Energy and Infrastructure of the United Arab Emirates, Suheil Mohammed Al Mazruei, visited Kyrgyzstan on September 3.
The Ministry of Investments of Kyrgyzstan said that the delegation included large companies from the energy, agriculture, business development and infrastructure sectors - DP World MASDAR, ADQ, Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, Royal Group, Earth Retail, Fresh Harvest, etc.
During the visit to the state residence No. 2 in Cholpon-Ata, Minister of Investments of the Kyrgyz Republic Almambet Shykmamatov held a bilateral meeting with Deputy Director General for Government Leadership and Opportunities - Office of the Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates Yasser Ahmed Al Nakbi.
As part of the talks, the sides discussed issues on the infrastructure of the UAE government accelerator, the transfer of experience by the Arab side to government and business structures of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as attracting investments in priority sectors of the Kyrgyz economy.
Following the talks, the Arab side expressed interest in establishing close investment and trade cooperation in all the presented areas with the Kyrgyz Republic and within the framework of the visit
The government and business delegation of the UAE will get acquainted with the investment and export opportunities of Kyrgyzstan on the ground, and also hold a number of b2b meetings organized by ministries and departments of Kyrgyzstan.
