List of documents signed following investment forum in Batken

Bishkek, Oct. 14, 2021. / Kabar / . Batken town of Kyrgyzstan’s Batken Oblast hosted on Thursday an investment forum "Development of Batken - Development of the Country," the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan reported.

The event was attended by Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Zhaparov, heads of state bodies, representatives of international organizations, the diplomatic corps, business, and the Institute of Business Ombudsman.

This forum is the first event of this level held in Batken Oblast, the main purpose of which is to attract investment to the region through the disclosure of its entrepreneurial potential, demonstration of investment opportunities of Batken, which contributes to achieving a new level of quality of life for the local population.

Following documents were signed as a result of the investment forum:

- Memorandum of Cooperation between Batken Oblast state administration and Ihsan Asia Global Stroy Mortgage Company OJSC;

- Memorandum of Cooperation between Betkan Oblast state administration and MEGA JACK Limited Liability Company in 4 areas:

1) project "Construction of park zone in the village of Arka of Leilek region";

2) project "Construction of logistic center in Arka village of Leilek region";

3) project “Construction of a hotel in Batken town";

4) project "Reconstruction of a park zone in Kyzyl-Kiya town";

- Memorandum of Cooperation between Batken Oblast state administration and Ak-Buura Group Limited Liability Company;

- Memorandum of Cooperation between the Ministry of Investment of Kyrgyzstan and Champanvincombinat Limited Liability Company;

- Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation between the State Institution Public-Private Partnership Center under the Ministry of Investment of Kyrgyzstan, local self-government body of Sumbuli ayil aimak of Leilek region and Ibragimova LLC for preparation of public-private partnership (PPP) project;

- Memorandum of Understanding between the Batken Mayor’s Office and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey;

- Memorandum of Understanding between Batken Oblast state administration, Kadamjai region state administration and NEFTAN company on the establishment of an agro-industrial park;

- Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Agriculture, Water Resources and Regional Development of Kyrgyzstan, Batken Oblast state administration and Mak Fidanchilik company to provide Batken Oblast with quality seedlings.

Also, an agricultural exhibition was organized for the guests, where the entire line of products manufactured in Batken Oblast was presented.
