Manas epic published in German with comic strip images

Bishkek, March 1, 2022. / Kabar /. Manas epic has been published in German with images in the form of comic books, the German Embassy in Kyrgyzstan reported.

"Manas epic is the most significant epic of classical Kyrgyz literature and also one of the most important works of the Turkic peoples.

As part of the 30th anniversary of establishment of Kyrgyz-German diplomatic relations, we have come up with something special: the Manas epic in German with images in the form of comic books! We just had the pleasure of holding in our hands the first pages, just out of print! Stay tuned!,” the report said.
