Bishkek, Nov. 22, 2018. /Kabar/. A march against terrorism and extremism will be held in Osh on November 23 as part of the Koopsuz Ordo project. Activists and residents of the city, young people, students and teachers of secondary and higher educational institutions, activists of youth organizations, representatives of local governments will take part in the event.
The march participants will carry thematic banners and posters calling for active counteraction against terrorism and extremism, preservation of peace, friendship, tolerance, and prosperity.
The main purpose of the event is preventive measures among the population of the city to discredit terrorist and extremist ideologies, as well as to prevent involvement of citizens in terrorist activities.
The event will be held in the framework of the plan for the implementation of the Concept of State Policy in the Religious Sphere for 2014-2020, as well as the Action Plan for the implementation of the government's program for 2017-2022 to counter extremism and terrorism.
