Bishkek, Dec. 30, 2020 / Kabar /. The police began checking on the fact of mass poisoning in one of the cafes of Sokuluk region of Kyrgyzstan, the press service of the Chui regional police department reported.
37-year-old local resident applied to the Sokuluk regional police department that on December 24 in one of the cafes they held a wedding and after the wedding feast, the relatives and guests addressed the nearest hospitals with food poisoning, the report said.
All appropriate measures are currently being taken on this fact, and a letter has been sent to the Sokuluk Regional Sanitary and Epidemiological Center.
The number of people who were poisoned at this event and what product presumably caused the poisoning is still unknown, press service added.
