Bishkek, Dec. 25, 2020. /Kabar/. The relevant government agencies are taking measures to prevent the import of a new strain of coronavirus infection in Kyrgyzstan. Following a review of the issue, the Republican Headquarters instructed to ensure appropriate security measures, the press service of the Government of Kyrgyzstan said on Friday.
Responsible state bodies have been instructed to work closely with authorized bodies of other countries, including countries that have direct transport links with Kyrgyzstan on the spread, diagnosis and treatment of the new strain of coronavirus infection, as well as for a timely response and to ensure the safety of the population.
Sanitary and epidemiological control and other security measures have been strengthened at the borders.
According to the results of the meeting of the Republican Headquarters for Combating COVID-19, the relevant state bodies have been instructed to take measures to optimize the costs of health care organizations until the end of this year in order to maximize coverage and avoid accounts payable for medicines and food in health care organizations.
