Director of the Investment Promotion and Protection Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic Adylbek Shumkarbek uulu made a report on measures to increase investment attractiveness.

In his speech, he proposed increasing the return on the current investments. He noted that low profitability means low dividends, which in turn means low investment.

It was proposed to gradually move away from the monetary market and enter the capital market, where there are significant resources.

Representatives of concened state bodies expressed their opinions and proposals regarding the proposed package of measures.

The speakers noted the absence of standards limiting the immense growth of costs, leading to a decrease in the profitability of investments. The authorized capital of most enterprises is at the level of 1m000 soms, while the turnover of these enterprises often exceeds millions of soms.
