Meeting held between Bishkek mayor and French ambassador

Bishkek, July 18, 2022. /Kabar/. Mayor of Bishkek Emilbek Abdykadyrov met on Monday with French Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Francois Delaus.

During the meeting, the sides discussed the possibility of mutually beneficial cooperation in the sphere of culture, ecology, tourism and exchange of experience in solving environmental issues at the city level, the press service of the capital’s Mayors Office reported.

The Bishkek delegation is holding a number of official meetings in Grenoble and Paris (France).

The purpose is to familiarize with the best European practices for the sustainable development of cities and the reduction of harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
