Bishkek, Oct. 8, 2020. /Kabar/. An meeting of heads of structural subdivisions of the Office of the Government of Kyrgyzstan to discuss a number of current topical issues was held, the press service of the Government reported Thursday.
During the meeting it was emphasized that despite the current socio-political situation in the country, the coronavirus pandemic is gaining momentum.
Thus, 245 citizens were infected with dangerous disease in the past day, and fatal cases were recorded. Taking into account the current situation, the need to intensify work on citizens' compliance with established sanitary and epidemiological standards was noted.
One of the main issues of the meeting was the execution of the republican budget taking into account the peak of foreign debt payments coming in 2021 and the ongoing work on its restructuring.
"Despite the difficulties, the state bodies will continue to fulfill all social obligations assumed earlier," the meeting participants noted.
Besides, heads of state bodies discussed the issue of preparation for the upcoming autumn-winter period.
"All social institutions must be provided with solid fuel in the required quantity, and the thermal power plants are fully ready for the heating season", the meeting emphasized.
All relevant state bodies are assigned to work in the established order and not to leave their workplaces.
