Meeting of FMs of Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan takes place in Astana

Bishkek, Feb. 28, 2023 /Kabar/. A meeting of Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev and acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov is held in Astana, as part of the participation in the Ministerial Meeting "CA + USA" (C5 + 1).

The heads of the foreign ministries of the two countries discussed topical issues on the agenda of the Kyrgyz-Uzbek cooperation.

Particular attention was paid to the implementation of the results of the state visit of President of Uzbekistan ShavkatMirziyoyev to Kyrgyzstan.

Along with this, the ministers compared watches on the upcoming foreign policy events at the highest and high levels, and exchanged views on international and regional issues.
