Meeting of Kyrgyz, Malaysian FMs taking place in Bishkek

Bishkek, July 3, 2023. /Kabar/. The Ala-Archa state residence in the Kyrgyz capital city of Bishkek is hosting a meeting of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia Zambry Abdul Kadir and Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev.

Following the handshake and photo ceremony, the sides went to the meeting room for further talks.

This is the first visit of Zambry Abdul Kadir to Kyrgyzstan as Minister of Foreign Affairs.

The visit includes talk between the ministers, as well as meeting with Kyrgyz leader Sadyr Zhaparov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Zhaparov and Parliament Speaker Nurlan Shakiev.

The sides are expected to discuss the activation of the whole range of Kyrgyz-Malaysian relations, in particular in the political, trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
