Bishkek, July 21, 2021 . / Kabar / . The Armed Forces are actively preparing for the parade dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the independence of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Deputy Defense Minister, Colonel Almazbek Karasartov checked the progress of preparations, the press service of the Ministry of Defense said Wednesday.
During the preparations, Karasartov checked the level of formation training of personnel, conducted a formation review, and assessed the level of readiness of units for the parade.
19 parades with 1373 personnel are expected to march on Ala-Too square, followed by a parade of military equipment of the Kyrgyz Armed Forces: 20 units of armored vehicles, 20 units of artillery systems, 27 units of vehicles, 14 units of air defense.
In addition, the parade will be attended by units of power structures, units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and others.
This year will celebrate the 30th anniversary of Kyrgyzstan's independence. The military parade will be held in compliance with all requirements of epidemiological norms.
The last military parade was held in 2016.
