Bishkek, May 25, 2022. / Kabar /. Since May 8, 2022, the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Kyrgyzstan have been participating in the multinational exercise "Efes-2022" in Turkey, the press service of the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.
The first stage of the exercises took place in the city of Izmir, which was held in a command-staff format using computer simulation.
The practical actions with live firing are planned as part of the combined multinational units from May 28 to June 9, at the Doganbey training ground in Izmir.
The purpose of the exercise is to increase the level of combat training, the skill of special forces.
Also, the participation of military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic in maneuvers allows to gain experience in organizing interaction as part of a multinational group of troops.
