Bishkek, Nov. 19, 2018. /Kabar/. Militiamen distributed warm clothes to children from low-income families and organized hot meals for homeless people in the city of Karakol. The militia conducted this campaign as part of the preventive activity “Zabota” (Russian: Забота, lit.: Care) with the support of the Pokolenie INSAN Public Foundation.
“Some parents cannot provide the necessary winter clothes for their children due to financial difficulties,” Aizada Imankulova, Senior Inspector of the Youth Liaison Service of the Department of Internal Affairs of Karakol said. “Our colleagues supported the Insan Pokolenie Public Foundation, which organized the collection of clothes. And we are grateful to all our citizens, who responded to our call and did not stand aside, showing care to those in need. ”
The Militiamen, along with high school students of the city, visited 15 low-income families with many children, where the warm clothes were given to the children. They also visited the maternity hospital of Karakol, where kits for newborns were handed over.
“In all these events we attracted schoolchildren of the city so that they could see it all and learn the concept of kindness with their own eyes,” Imankulova said.
