Minister Aidarbekov holds working meeting of CSTO CFM in Milan

Bishkek, Dec. 7, 2018. /Kabar/. A working meeting of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the CSTO member states, chaired by the Foreign Minister of Kyrgyzstan Chingiz Aydarbekov, was held in Milan, Italy. on Thursday.

The press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that during the working meeting, the heads of the foreign affairs ministries of the Organization's member states exchanged views on topical issues on the international agenda. In addition, key issues of interaction of the Organization’s member states within the OSCE and further cooperation of the CSTO with this organization in areas of mutual interest were discussed.

Following the results of the regular session of the CSTO CSC (Collective Security Council) on November 8, 2018 in Astana, the chairmanship of the CSTO passed from Kazakhstan to Kyrgyzstan for the next intersessional period.
