Minister Aidarbekov meets with representatives of US think tanks

Bishkek, Oct. 1, 2019 / Kabar/. Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Chingiz Aidarbekov visited on Sept. 30, 2019, in Washington the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), which is one of the leading analytical institutions, the press service of the Foreign Ministry reported.

Aidarbekov met with the leadership of CSIS, as well as with representatives of several other analytical centers and research institutes in the USA studying Kyrgyzstan and Central Asian countries.

Minister Aidarbekov made a review report and answered questions from the US expert community on Kyrgyzstan’s foreign policy approaches and priorities, on the development of regional cooperation and dialogue in Central Asia from the point of view of the Kyrgyz Republic, and on the vision for further development of bilateral Kyrgyz-American interaction.
