Bishkek, Nov. 21, 2018. / Kabar /. Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic Marat Zhamankulov met with representatives of the USAID mission in the Kyrgyz Republic headed by its director Gary Linden.
The press service of the Ministry of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic reported that during the meeting the projects implemented with the support of the USAID mission in the Kyrgyz Republic were discussed. As part of these projects, assistance is provided to the Centers for the Coordination of State-Guaranteed Legal Aid, which are designed to ensure the effective protection of the rights, freedoms and interests of citizens needed in free legal aid.
The Minister of Justice proposed the establishment of cooperation in the implementation of projects related to “Online registration of legal entities”, “Electronic notary” and other areas.
In addition, they discussed the possibility of developing a Concept of the legal policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, which would allow to determine the main directions of development of the legal system of the country.
Following the meeting, the sides noted the success of ongoing joint projects, expressed readiness for further cooperation in the implementation of new projects.
