Bishkek, Nov. 27, 2020 / Kabar/. An online presentation of the project "Creating a cultural resources management system and strengthening a capacity building of human resources in cultural contents in the Kyrgyz Republic" was held with the participation of Minister of Culture, Information and Tourism, the press service of the ministry reported.
The main goal of the project is to assist the state body in the management of culture and cultural industry of the Kyrgyz Republic by creating a cultural resources management system and strengthening the potential of human resources in the field of culture in the Kyrgyz Republic.
The initiators of the project are the Department of Preservation and Development of Cultural Heritage of the Ministry of Culture and the Asian Cultural Center, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Republic of Korea. The project is designed for 4 years.
If the project is implemented, the following results are expected:
- Effective centralized / unified management of cultural resources and empowerment of public administration in the cultural sector of the Kyrgyz Republic, through technology, including the modernization / digitalization / innovation of cultural resources in Kyrgyzstan;
- Providing the population of the Kyrgyz Republic with access to cultural resources in digital format and raising awareness about the recognition of cultural diversity and the preservation of cultural resources
- development of cultural values using Kyrgyz cultural resources, which leads to the creation of jobs for civil society, cultural bearers, cultural groups and communities, creators, masters of regional crafts (shyrdak), etc. as the recipient.
