Bishkek, April 12, 2021. / Kabar /. Minister of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic Almazbek Beishenaliev presented the strategic development program of the ministry for 2021 - 2023.
He said that the program is a strategic document that defines the goals and main directions of the minister's activities to create and develop conditions conducive to the development of the education and science system and their transfer to a new qualitative state; raising the status of a teacher; involving the public in education problems.
Objectives of the program:
- Creation of an innovative educational environment focused on the creative development of the individual to achieve the social success of each exposed person;
- Optimization of the system of professional and personal growth of pedagogical workers;
- Improving the quality of education and motivation to learn;
- Creation of optimal conditions for the formation of a spiritually-moral, socially adapted and professionally oriented personality of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic.
“Of course, we face a large number of challenges, there is a lot of work to be done, but you and I will definitely be able to achieve positive results,” he said.
The minister also stressed that the education system and science play an important role, since it is human capital and its flexibility that determine the country's ability to successfully develop and adapt to changing conditions.
The event was attended by the leadership of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, development partners, representatives of international organizations, diplomatic missions and philanthropists.
