Bishkek, May 1, 2024. /Kabar/. Minister of Finance of Kyrgyzstan Almaz Baketaev and Vice President of the European Investment Bank Teresa Cervinska met in Tbilisi (Georgia).
According to the press service of the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, during the meeting several large projects totaling EUR 112 million were discussed, of which EUR 72 million have already been implemented.
The Cooperation Agreement between the Kyrgyz Republic and the EIB was signed in Brussels on September 17, 2013. During cooperation with the EIB, 3 agreements worth EUR 112 million were signed:
- CASA 1000 – EUR 70 million
- Water supply – EUR 20 million
- Agro-chain – EUR 22 million.
