Ministry of Health: Epidemiological situation in Kyrgyzstan remains stable

Bishkek, Feb. 3, 2021 / Kabar /. The head of the public health care department of Kyrgyzstan’s Health Ministry Ainura Akmatova presented at the briefing the information on the epidemiological situation in the country at the moment.

“Despite the fact that the epidemiological situation in Kyrgyzstan remains stable, citizens must continue to adhere to those sanitary standards that were given earlier. Continue to wear a mask, keep your home and office clean, ventilate frequently, and keep distance. Moreover, it is winter now and there is a high risk of contracting acute respiratory diseases,” the physician called.

Kyrgyzstan’s everyday COVID-19 cases below 200 since late December, 2020. To date, in total 84,762 COVID-19 cases have been registered in Kyrgyzstan since the pandemic, 81,232 of them have recovered, 1,415 have died.
