Bishkek, Jan. 5, 2021 / Kabar /. The Ministry of Internal Affairs registered 45 facts of violation of the election campaign, Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs Oktyabr Urmanbetov told at a meeting of the CEC of Kyrgyzstan.
Of these, in Bishkek - 11, in Osh Oblast - 16, in Osh - 2, in Jalal-Abad - 4, in Talas - 2, in Issyk-Kul Oblast - 2, in Naryn - 1, in Chui Oblast – 7, he said,
“If you look in terms of crimes, then out of 45, eight were registered, 5 were not confirmed. The Misconduct Code registered 1 fact on the obstruction of the exercise of electoral rights. After verification, this fact was not confirmed. On the fact of vote buying, 4 facts were registered, of which three were not confirmed. One fact of theft was also registered. This fact is in production. In addition, two facts of hooliganism were registered, one during the production process,” he said.
Urmanbetov also said that 4 facts were registered on misconduct. There were three more facts of petty hooliganism, all of them were reduced.
“33 materials are registered in the logbook,” he said.
In conclusion, he said that all 45 facts had been checked, three of which were still in production.
