Bishkek, June 3, 2021 . / Kabar / . To date, citizen Orhan Inandy has not officially crossed the state border of Kyrgyzstan, the press service of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs said Thursday.
Since Orhan Inandy's kidnapping, operational mobile groups have been created to conduct additional checks in public places, entertainment facilities, hotels, markets and shopping complexes, in park and forested areas, in buildings and structures under construction, basement and attic premises, in new buildings and housing estates, in suburban settlements and summer cottages.
In addition, mobile and stationary checkpoints have been set up at the exits and entrances to the capital, and vehicles are being checked.
The leadership of the Bishkek City Department of Internal Affairs and the Interior Ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic took personal control of the investigation of this pre-trial case.
Orhan Inandy, the founder of the Sapat network of Kyrgyz-Turkish lyceums, disappeared on May 31 in Bishkek. The police opened a criminal case under the Article "Kidnapping”.
He left his house on his car and did not return. Later his car was found in one of the streets of Bishkek.
