Mobile app which would help to look after child’s health developed in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Feb.11, 2020. /Kabar/. Now parents can monitor their children's health through the Salamat (Healthy) mobile applications, the press service of the Republican Center for Health Promotion of Kyrgyzstan said on Tuesday.

At the "Protection and Promotion of Children's Health" round table, the Center together with Aga Khan Foundation presented a new Salamat mobile application on family health.

Deputy Director of the Republican Center for Health Promotion Zhamilya Usupova said the app presents recommendations for parents on childcare, guidelines on mandatory vaccinations and child development standards, as well as other important issues, related to the health and possible health risks of children and adolescents.

According to the organizers, such an application was developed in the country for the first time and passed a full examination by the Health Ministry.

The Salamat application is free online and offline and is available in Kyrgyz and Russian for mobile devices.
