Mongolia interested in developing cooperation with Kyrgyzstan in digital development

Bishkek, Aug. 14, 2024. / Kabar/. Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan Aibek Artykbaev held talks with Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Communications of Mongolia Tsendiin Baatarkhuu, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

During the meeting the parties discussed the development of Kyrgyz-Mongolian cooperation in the field of digital development, in particular the introduction of digital platforms, information systems and databases into government processes.

The ambassador noted that Kyrgyzstan is interested in adopting Mongolia's best practices and knowledge in the field of digital economy.

The minister announced the interest of the Mongolian side in developing comprehensive cooperation with Kyrgyzstan in the field of digital development and proposed to determine the main areas of interaction in the near future.
