Bishkek, May 24, 2022. / Kabar /. A monument to the outstanding Kazakh akyn Abay Kunanbaev will be erected in Bishkek, and a monument to Manas will be erected in the capital of Kazakhstan in Nur-Sultan, Deputy Minister of Culture of Kyrgyzstan Chyngyz Esengulov told reporters.
He said that earlier the delegation from Kazakhstan had already held talks with the Bishkek Mayor's Office and relevant departments regarding the location of the monument to Abai.
“In addition, this year it is planned to hold the days of Kyrgyzstan in Kazakhstan,” he concluded.
