Monument to Bishkek Hero to be erected in Bishkek

Bishkek, Feb. 27, 2020 / Kabar /. A monument to Bishkek Baatyr (hero), made of bronze, will be installed in Bishkek.

The height of the monument will be more than 3 meters, not counting the foundation with a height of about one and a half meters, the Bishkek Mayor’s Office said.

The sculptor is Adil Seytaliev - the winner of the open competition for the best project of the monument “Bishkek Baatyr”, which was held in 2019.

“Now the project is at the approval stage in the Bishkekglavarchitecture. After completion of the necessary procedures, in late March, preparation and construction of the foundation of the monument will begin, the report said.
