More than 1000 families from regions of Kyrgyzstan receive humanitarian aid from Korean companies

Bishkek, Nov. 15, 2021 / Kabar /. Korean organizations delivered humanitarian aid to social institutions in the city of Bishkek, Chui, Issyk Kul, Batken and Talas Oblasts, Good Neighbors International in the Kyrgyz Republic reported.

Good Neighbors International in the Kyrgyz Republic continues its work in providing food to social institutions in Kyrgyzstan.

Thus, on Nov. 13, 2021, together with the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and alumni of the KOICA club, humanitarian aid in the form of food was transferred to 1000 families from vulnerable groups, as well as 21 social institutions (orphanages, rehabilitation centers and shelters) received food packages in links with the coronavirus pandemic.

Good Neighbors in the Kyrgyz Republic has been registered since 2014, and many different projects have been implemented to protect the rights of children.

The main activity of the organization is the protection of children's rights and assistance in strengthening the economic potential of the regions of the country and the development of the principles of charity, the report said.
