More than 256 thsd foreigners registered in Kyrgyzstan since beginning of year

Bishkek, Nov. 11, 2020 / Kabar /. For 10 months of this year, almost 256 thousand foreign citizens were registered in the Kyrgyz Republic, the press service of the State Registration Service said.

According to the information, foreign citizens and stateless persons arriving in the territory of Kyrgyzstan must go through the registration procedure. The registration procedure is carried out in any territorial passport divisions, regardless of the place of stay, through the automated information system "Registration of Foreigners". In addition, the foreigners can be registered online on the website portal.srs.kg of the Electronic Services Portal of the State Registration Service.

From Jan. 1 to Oct. 31, 2020, 257 thousand 956 foreign citizens and stateless persons were registered on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic, of which: 123 thousand 589 were citizens of the Russian Federation and 18 204 were citizens of Kazakhstan.

Citizens of the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, India, Mongolia must register in the Kyrgyz Republic within 30 days for a period of:

Turkish citizens - 90 days;

Tajikistan - 60 days;

Germany - 60 days;

Turkmenistan - 10 days.
