More than 50 medics died of coronavirus in Kyrgyzstan

Bishkek, Jan. 19, 2021. /Kabar/. In Kyrgyzstan, more than 50 medics died of COVID-19 coronavirus infection, Health Minister of the republic Alymkadyr Beishenaliyev said on the air of Birinchi Radio of the Public TV and Radio Broadcasting Corporation.

According to him, now the statistics is being collected, according to which more than 4 thousand medics were infected with coronavirus.

"Our medics were sent to fight the invisible enemy with nothing," the minister said.

A total of 4,158 medical workers have contracted the novel coronavirus since the beginning of the pandemic, and 4,061 of them have recovered.
