Bishkek, Oct. 2, 2021 / Kabar /. An online signing of a Memorandum of Understanding was held on Sept. 30, 2021 between the Clinical Hospital of the Presidential Administration and the Government of Kyrgyzstan, the health system of Yeongse University and Seoul Clinical Laboratories with the assistance of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Republic of Korea.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan reported that the Trilateral Memorandum was signed by Director - Chief Physician of the Clinical Hospital of the Office of the President and Government of the Kyrgyz Republic Sultangaziev, President of the Yongse University Health System Dr. Yong Dong Soup and Chairman of the Seoul Clinical Laboratories Network Lee Kyung Ryul. The signing ceremony was also attended by the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Korea Dinara Kemelova.
During the signing ceremony, the sides exchanged views on the upcoming cooperation within the framework of the Memorandum in such areas as surgery, diagnostics, etc., and also noted the relevance of signing this Memorandum, taking into account the fight against coronavirus infection.
Director of the clinical hospital Sultangaziev expressed confidence that the signed Memorandum will serve as a basis for close cooperation in the field of advanced training of doctors, exchange of experience, etc.
In turn, Dinara Kemelova in her speech called on the South Korean side to assist in the construction of diagnostic centers, building the capacity of Kyrgyz hospitals by providing technical assistance, conducting joint operations and diagnostics.
