Mudslide in Kyrgyzstan's Suzak. Body of 6yo girl found

Bishkek, July 21, 2021 . / Kabar / . Heavy rains on Tuesday at about 5:00 p.m. caused mudflows in Dostuk and Changyr-Tash villages in Suzak region of Kyrgyzstan's Jalal-Abad Oblast.

As a result, a 6-year-old girl was swept away, the pres service of the Kyrgyz Ministry of Emergency Situations said.

The mudflow flooded the yards of residential buildings.

A total of 300 people, including 50 rescuers, two loaders, a tractor, 59 policemen and local residents were involved in the search of the girl's body.

Work on the elimination of the consequences of the disaster is continuing.
