Mukhammedkaliy Abylgaziev receives Ambassador of Saudi Arabia

Bishkek, Aug. 10, 2018 / Kabar /. Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Mukhammedkaliy Abylgaziev received Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in the Kyrgyz Republic Abdurrahman bin Saeed Al-Juma, the Kyrgyz Government’s press service reported.

The prime minister noted that bilateral relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and Saudi Arabia are developing through the building up the political dialogue, economic and cultural-humanitarian cooperation on a mutually beneficial basis in the interests of the two friendly peoples.

"We have all the grounds for further expansion of trade and economic cooperation between the two states. At the same time, cooperation in the field of tourism and attracting investment is one of the promising areas of bilateral cooperation. So, at the moment, most tourists from the Arab countries coming to our republic are tourists from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia," Mukhammedkaliy Abylgaziev emphasized.

In turn, Abdurahman bin Saeed Al-Juma noted with satisfaction that the diverse cooperation between the countries is developing in the spirit of partnership and mutual respect.

"Saudi Arabia is always ready for a constructive dialogue and intends to continue to develop close cooperation with the Kyrgyz Republic on a mutually beneficial basis. Kyrgyzstan is interesting for investors from Saudi Arabia who are ready to come and work here. Confirming your words, I want to note that only for June-July of this year the Kyrgyz Republic was visited by about 7 thousand tourists from Saudi Arabia. I am sure that such positive dynamics meets the interests of both sides," he said.

During the meeting, a wide range of issues was discussed within the framework of the Arab Coordination Group, including the implementation of socially significant projects on which agreements had been previously reached.
