Bishkek, May 15, 2020. /Kabar/. Obstetrical gynecologists in Kyrgyzstan’s Naryn Oblast performed a caesarean section on a pregnant woman, infected with COVID-19 coronavirus infection, Sveta Baitikova, spokesperson of the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund (MHIF) of the republic said.
According to her data, doctors performed the operation in personal protective equipment.
According to preliminary data, the mother and child are in good condition.
