Naryn meat processing plant plans to export stewed meat to Russia

Naryn, July 22, 2022. /Kabar/. Governor of Kyrgyzstan’s Naryn Oblast Altynbek Ergeshov familiarized with the construction of the Zhanar and Bek meat processing plant during his visit to At-Bashy region.

Currently, the construction work of the enterprise is 65 percent complete. By the end of the year, it is planned to complete construction and put the enterprise into operation where meat products will be processed: dumplings and stewed meat will be produced. The total estimated cost of the project is KGS 72 million.

The head of the enterprise said that talks are being held in advance about the production of dumplings for export to China and export of stewed meat to Russia. He also informed Altynbek Ergeshov that cooperatives, which fatten animals, need financial assistance.

In turn, the governor said that since the main emphasis is placed on production projects and economic development, production enterprises will be supported as much as possible.
