Naryn Oblast governor receives British and Swedish ambassadors

Osh, June 7, 2022. /Kabar/. Governor of Kyrgyzstan’s Naryn Oblast Sabyrkul Ashimbaev met with Charles Garrett, the British Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan and Christian Kamill, the Swedish Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan and Azerbaijan.

At the meeting, the sides discussed the results of the Rural Women’s Economic Empowerment project in Naryn Oblast from 2014 to 2021 and further cooperation.

The project will open bakeries, sewing, woolen and other small businesses in Zhumgal and At-Bashy regions to provide jobs for rural women, increase family income, provide medical care, and provide gender and economic assistance.
