Bishkek, Oct. 24, 2023 . / Kabar / . Pakistan's National Logistics Company (NLC) will develop cargo transportation between Pakistan and Kyrgyzstan, the National Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic said.
The parties discussed the issue with the participation of Pakistan's Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan Hassan Ali Zaigham and Major General of the National Logistics Company of Pakistan (NLC) Farrukh Shahzad Rao.
During the negotiations, the Kyrgyz side spoke about investment opportunities of the Kyrgyz Republic and projects in the field of public-private partnership.
Special attention was paid to the cities of Naryn and Kyzyl-Kiya, due to their key location and great potential in the field of logistics. The delegation's questions on entering the Kyrgyz market were also answered.
In turn, NLC Major General Farrukh Shahzad Rao noted that in the near future a representative office of the company will be opened in Bishkek. This will make it possible to develop mutual cargo transportation from Pakistan to Kyrgyzstan and create a network of transport and logistics centers using modern technologies.
National Logistics Corporation (NLC) is one of the leading multimodal logistics organizations in Pakistan. It was founded in 1978 and has more than 40 offices in the country. The company is engaged in projects in the areas of freight facilities, construction, border terminals and information technology.
