Baku, Oct.15, 2019. /Kabar/. First President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has been granted the status of the life-time honorary chairman of the Turkic Council. The decision to grant status was taken on Oct.15 at the VII meeting of the Cooperation Council of Turkic-Speaking States (CCTS) in Baku.
The Turkic Council has been established at his initiative 10 years ago.
During the Summit Nazarbayev has been also awarded the highest order of the Turkic Council.
