Bishkek, Feb. 2 / Kabar /. Kyrgyz President Almazbek Atambayev signed a decree on appointing Mira Karybaeva the advisor of the President, the press service of the Kyrgyz President said.
Earlier Karybaeva served as head of the department for ethnic development, religious policy and public relations of the President’s Office.
