Bishkek, Oct. 10, 2018. / Kabar /. Kyrgyz President Sooronbay Jeenbekov signed a Decree according to which Kulubayev Jeenbek Moldokanovich has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Kazakhstan, the President’s press service reported.
