New Cabinet will attract highly qualified personnel: deputy chairman

Bishkek, Oct. 27, 2021 . / Kabar / . Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Edil Baisalov met with JICA Permanent Representative to Kyrgyzstan Nemoto Naoyuki.

Edil Baisalov thanked the Japanese Government for the assistance provided within the framework of cooperation between the two countries, and stressed that the work with development partners will be strengthened.

The sides discussed issues of improving the skills of civil servants. In particular, they talked about the Project for Human Resource Development Scholarship (JDS).

In turn, Baisalov noted the new Cabinet of Ministers intends to attract highly qualified personnel.

"As you know, for the successful implementation of reforms we need strong personnel. For civil servants trained under the JDS program, we will not only keep their jobs, but also move them up the career ladder after graduation. We will strengthen our cooperation in this program and other development projects," the deputy chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers added.
