Osh, March 23 / Kabar /. Osh oblast governor Taalaybek Sarybashov paid a working visit to Aravan region, during which he got acquainted with the progress of the construction of a new cement plant, the activities of the seed production enterprise and met with local residents.
In Aravan region, a new cement plant is being built with a project cost estimate of $ 88 million. The volume of daily production of cement will be 2500 tons, 250 people will be provided with working places.
Birlik seed production company annually provides local farmers with quality seeds at affordable prices. In 2016 the enterprise provided the population with 58 tons of cotton seeds and 45 tons of wheat seeds, the enterprise's income was 8 million 175 thousand soms.
At the meeting with local residents of Tepe-Korgon village, the issues related to social and economic development of the region, implementation of the local budget, high-quality use of municipal property and social security of the local population were discussed.
