Bishkek, Dec.24, 2024. /Kabar/. President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Zhaparov signed a Decree appointing Aibek Shamenov as Governor of Batken Oblast.
By another Decree, the Kyrgyz leader relieved Shamenov of his his previous position of Deputy Chairman of the State Committee for National Security (SCNS)-Director of the Anti-Terrorist Center of the SCNS due to his transfer to another job.
