Bishkek, July 27, 2020. /Kabar/. Balbak Tulobayev has been appointed as Governor of Kyrgyzstan's Issyk-Kul Oblast.
The corresponding order was signed by Prime Minister of the republic Kubatbek Boronov, the press service of the Government said Monday.
Until his appointment to the post, Tulobayev served as Chief of the Office of the Bishkek Mayor's Office.
By order of PM Boronov, previous Governor of the oblast Akylbek Osmonaliyev has been appointed First Deputy Chief of the Government's Office.
